Show potential relocated utilities on drawings. <br />c. Deliver 50% drawings to Project Engineer for review. <br />c) Develop Pre-Final Design (90% Design Submittal): The tasks include, but are <br />not limited to, the following: <br />a. Incorporate 50% Design Submittal review comments. <br />b. Develop 90% Design Submittal which shall include, but not limited <br />to, demolition plan, site grading and piping plan, general and <br />construction notes, construction phasing options, connection details, <br />structural details, technical specifications, possible staging areas, <br />temporary construction easements, plan and profile drawings and <br />estimate of construction costs. The design calculations and analysis <br />should include all final engineering calculations, any miscellaneous <br />technical data, maintenance considerations and catalogue cuts for <br />any special equipment. <br />c. Coordinate and submit permit application(s) along with necessary <br />drawings/exhibits to obtain the permit(s) for the project as necessary. <br />d. Deliver 90% drawings to Project Engineer for review. <br />d) Develop Final Design (100% Design Submittal) <br />a. Incorporate 90% Design Submittal review comments <br />b. Prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete construction <br />documents, including drawings, specifications and cost estimates <br />c. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and <br />submitted to the City for review and approval. A marked set will be <br />returned along with staff’s comments and/or request for clarifications <br />for revision <br />d. Coordinate required permits and clearances. <br />e. Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size plans and <br />specifications for the project. Both sets of documents shall bear the <br />responsible engineer’s wet stamp and signature with a license <br />expiration date. Consultant shall also furnish an electronic copy of <br />the drawings in AutoCAD (version 2013 or earlier) and in PDF format, <br />specifications in Word, cost estimate, and probable construction <br />schedule in Excel. <br />e) Bid Support And Construction Services <br />a. The following services shall be provided during the bidding process <br />and construction phase of the project. <br />b. Provide design clarification responses during bid phase. <br />c. Provide signed conformed contract document set incorporating <br />addenda issued during the bid process and other changes <br />subsequent to the 100% Design Submittal. <br />d. Attend and conduct pre-bid meeting. Respond to questions from <br />prospective bidders.
