That adequate public and private facilities such as utilities, <br />landscaping, parking spaces, and traffic circulation measures are or <br />will be provided for the proposed use. <br />The proposed project would include numerous infrastructure, utility, and <br />landscaping upgrades including new street trees, crosswalks, pedestrian <br />safety improvements, and stormwater treatment, as well as curb ramp <br />improvements at the corner of Chestnut and Heller Street as a community <br />benefit. <br /> <br />The project also includes two levels of underground parking to meet the <br />desired needs for the use. In addition, the project is within a half mile of the <br />Caltrain station, provides bicycle parking on-site, and has submitted a <br />Transportation Demand Management plan to reduce single-occupancy <br />vehicle trips. <br /> <br />f. Other findings required to be made in specific zoning districts as set <br />forth in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />None <br /> <br />Section 5. Tentative Map: The project requires approval of a Tentative Map per <br />the Subdivision Ordinance. In the exercise of its independent judgement, the Planning <br />Commission finds that: <br /> <br />a. The map, design, or improvements of the proposed subdivision are <br />consistent with the general or specific plans, the zoning ordinance, or <br />subdivision improvement requirements. <br />The proposed subdivision and associated improvements are consistent with <br />Redwood City’s General Plan, Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, and all <br />applicable subdivision improvement requirements. <br /> <br />
