REV: 06-16-23 JB <br />Consultant will meet with the City to review the preliminary capital improvement program. <br />Task will use available data. No system analysis will be performed. The Consultant will coordinate and <br />support HF&H, who will take the lead on determining appropriate land use to be used for the analysis. <br />Meeting to present results will be a virtual meeting. <br />Task 2 Actions <br />Consultant to provide draft tables identifying projects and associated capital costs attributable to <br />future growth. <br />Task 3. Nexus Analysis <br />HF&H will be responsible for preparing the nexus analysis and developing draft fees for the projected land <br />uses. Consultant will provide support, as needed, and participate in the meeting with the City to review <br />the preliminary fee structures. <br />Task 3 Actions <br />Consultant to provide comments on the draft fee tables for HF&H consideration. <br />Task 4. Project Reports <br />Consultant will prepare an Infrastructure Needs and Costs Assessment Technical Memorandum (TM), <br />documenting the infrastructure projects to be included, and their associated capital costs. <br />HF&H will be responsible for preparing the capacity fee nexus report(s). Consultant will review and <br />provide comments on the draft report(s) and participate in the review meeting for the report. <br />Meeting to review comments assumed to be virtual. <br />Task 4 Actions <br />Consultant to submit draft Infrastructure Needs and Costs Assessment TM for City and HF&H <br />review. <br />Consultant to provide final Infrastructure Needs and Costs Assessment TM incorporating City and <br />HF&H comments. <br />Consultant will provide consolidated comments on HF&H’s draft project report. <br />Task 4 Deliverable: <br />Electronic Copy of Final Infrastructure Needs and Costs Assessment TM <br />Task 5. Project Approval <br />HF&H will be responsible for developing the presentation of the nexus analysis. Consultant will assist City <br />staff in reviewing the staff report and presentation to present the nexus analysis to the City Council. <br />Consultant will also attend the City Council meeting, if requested by the City.
