REV: 11-07-23 SK <br />Following confirmation from the City, Consultant will issue three final <br />set of stamped and signed construction documents that the City may <br />use for bidding and construction. <br />Deliverables for task 7: Electronic copy of 100% Plans (24”x36” size), Electronic copy of <br />100% Specifications (Word and PDF), Electronic copy of 100% Engineer’s Estimate <br />(PDF), Electronic copy of Structural Calculations (PDF), Electronic copy of 90% Comment <br />checklist with responses (PDF), Electronic copy of Revised BOD (PDF), and Stamped <br />and Signed Construction Documents – Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PDF). <br />TASK 9: BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />Subtask 9.1 – Bidding Phase Assistance <br />Consultant will provide assistance during the bidding phase by providing <br />answers to potential contractor’s questions and provide an informed bid <br />package. The following activities are included in this task: <br />Attend a pre-bid meeting. <br />Review bids received. <br />Respond to bidder’s Requests for Information (RFI’s) <br />Prepare one addendum. <br />Subtask 9.2 – Construction Phase Assistance <br />Once the City has selected a contractor (“Contractor”) to perform the work, <br />Consultant will continue to assist by helping the Contractor to solve problems <br />and answer questions that arise during construction activities. This task <br />includes the following activities from Consultant: <br />Consultant to attend the pre-construction meeting. <br />Consultant to review and respond up to twenty (20) RFIs. <br />Consultant to review and respond up to sixty (60) Contractor <br />submittals. <br /> Consultant to review and respond up to four (4) Contractor change <br />orders. <br />Consultant to attend up to twelve (12) periodic construction <br />progress meetings. <br />Consultant to attend up to two (2) observation visits for field staff. <br />Geotechnical subconsultant BAGG to attend up to four (4) <br />observation visits for field staff. <br />Consultant to participate in the final inspections and development of <br />punch lists. <br />Consultant to prepare Record Drawings based upon red lines <br />provided by the Contractor and field reviews. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.241/BKF Engineers (Price Tract Pump Station Design) (Page 27 of 54)
