Courthouse Square Pavilion Vendors <br />All terms and conditions are covered within the Courthouse Square vendor <br />license or lease agreements with the City of ~edwood City and its <br />Redevelopment Agency. A vendor requesting tq; hold activities outside its <br />licensed or subleased area must obtain a Court~1Jse Square Event Permit in <br />accordance with this Article. ., <br /> <br />Insurance <br /> <br />The City Manager or his or her designe:~.ts) may require a permittee to provide <br />commercial general liability, property damage, autQmobi., and liquor Iiabifity insurance, <br />as well as evidence of worker's compensation insurance', with endorsements as may be <br />appropriate to protect Courthouse Square and the public u.sing such area. <br /> <br />Other Permits and Licenses <br />The issuance of a Courthouse Square Events Perrnit does mot relieve any person from <br />the obligation to obtain other permits or licenses require(;j: 'pursuant to this Code or as <br />required by other reguf~tbiy agencies. The application for an Event Permit shall be made in writing on a form approved <br />and provided'by the City. In order that adequate arrangements may be made for <br />proper regulation of the special event the application shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> <br />1. The name, address and telephone number of the applicant(s).
