Coordination on applicant engagement moving <br />forward will be discussed. <br />Consultant may set up individual meetings with departmental staff. This kick-off will <br />include a tour of the project site. All Consultant team members will attend the kick-off <br />meeting. <br />Task 1.2: Data Collection and Base Maps <br />Consultant will prepare a document and data request list to obtain information from the <br />City (and/or project applicant) to prepare the Precise Plan and EIR. This includes the <br />following GIS-based shapefiles: <br />Utility infrastructure: sanitary sewer, water, stormwater and storm drains, levee, <br />or other flood protection improvements <br />Transportation: street centerlines; roadway infrastructure, curbs and curb cuts, <br />street lights, tree locations, street and sidewalk widths, bicycle and pedestrian <br />infrastructure <br />Land use: parcel, existing use by square footage, building footprints, civic <br />facilities, delineations of former landfill or current landfill related mitigations on <br />site <br />Quality of life: sidewalk inventory, tree inventory, BCDC jurisdiction, known <br />wetlands/habitat, existing open space <br />Following delivery of materials, Consultant will review existing planning documents and <br />reports provided by the City and prepare a supplementary request if needed. <br />Schaaf & Wheeler will coordinate with Consultant and City staff to obtain existing <br />reports, computer model files, and background information related to the City’s potable <br />water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain infrastructure. Schaaf & Wheeler will review <br />existing available reports and information related to the City’s wet utility infrastructure <br />and participate in discussions with City staff regarding concerns and constraints within <br />the Precise Plan Area. <br />As part of this task, Consultant will modify a project base map developed by the City or <br />applicant to be used throughout the project and compile up to five project site / <br />surrounding area maps. <br />Task 1 Deliverables <br />Kick-off meeting agenda and notes <br />Data and document request memo <br />Modified project base map and up to five site maps <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.318/Raimi + Associates (Redwood Life Precise Plan) (Page 12 of 45)
