The
Sensitivity Analysis will cover the following key environmental issues based on the
described preliminary technical work:
Air quality: An air quality constraints assessment will be completed by Illingworth
& Rodkin, Inc., under contract to DJP&A. The constraints assessment will describe
existing health risk based on existing, available data, describe potential
construction- and operation-related air quality impacts qualitatively, and identify
potential constraints.
Biological resources: A biological sensitivity memo will be prepared by H.T. Harvey
& Associates, under contract to DJP&A. As part of the sensitivity memo, the
existing habitat will be mapped and the potential for special status species will be
assessed. No protocol-level surveys are proposed.
Cultural/tribal cultural resources: An archaeological sensitivity assessment will be
completed by Archaeological/Historical Consultants, under contract to DJP&A.
The assessment will include a records search at the Northwest Information Center,
Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, as well as a Sacred Lands File Search.
Geology and soils: A peer review of the applicant prepared geotechnical report
and site summary report will be completed by Cornerstone Earth Group, under
contract to DJP&A. The peer review will confirm the underlying assumptions and
recommendations of the reports. This scope assumes the applicant prepared
geotechnical report is complete and adequate for CEQA purposes and no
additional coordination or subsequent peer review or investigation is required.
Hazards and hazardous materials: A peer review of the applicant prepared Phase
I Environmental Site Assessment will be completed by Cornerstone Earth Group,
under contract to DJP&A. The peer review will confirm the underlying assumptions
and recommendations of the assessment. This scope assumes the applicant
prepared geotechnical report is complete and adequate for CEQA purposes and
no additional coordination or subsequent peer review or investigation is required.
Noise and vibration: A noise constraints assessment will be completed by
Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc., under contract to DJP&A. The assessment will include
review of existing available noise and vibration data and a noise monitoring survey
to document existing noise and vibration conditions. A noise contour map will be
prepared and preliminary constraints will be identified to assist in the planning
effort.
ATTY/AGR.2023.318/Raimi + Associates (Redwood Life Precise Plan) (Page 18 of 45)
