DJP&A will transmit the NOP to the State Clearinghouse on behalf of <br />the City. The City will handle all local posting of the NOP (i.e., mailings, newspaper <br />ad, and filing at County Clerk). <br />As needed, the City of Redwood City will assist with the provision of aggregated <br />employment and sales tax data for the Project Area in a form that complies with <br />confidentiality requirements. <br />The water supply assessment (WSA) will be prepared by the City, or appropriate <br />water agency, and provided to DJP&A. <br />S+W will focus study on City-owned infrastructure and the developer will study on- <br />site private infrastructure needs separately with their own consultant. <br />Optional Tasks <br />The following set of optional tasks are not included in the base scope of work but have <br />been provided for City review and consideration. Associated costs are included in the <br />total compensation in Section 6 of the Agreement. These optional tasks may be <br />authorized via written approval of the Community Development Director. <br />Contingent Environmental Impact Analysis <br />As needed, additional environmental impact analysis will be completed by David J Powers <br />or its subconsultants to evaluate the project’s and project alternative’s impacts on <br />environmental aspects not already specifically addressed in this scope of work. ($25,000). <br />Site TDM Assessment <br />Based on the Redwood City Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program, the <br />project will trigger the need to prepare a site TDM Plan. The project will be required to <br />implement TDM measures that would reduce single occupancy vehicle (SOV) trips and <br />encourage alternative modes of transportation to achieve a target drive-alone mode share <br />of 52%. Hexagon will prepare a site specific TDM Plan in accordance with the Redwood <br />City TDM program to achieve the target mode share. ($14,200). <br />Community-wide Statistically Valid Survey <br />Consultant will engage with an outside contractor to perform a statistically valid survey of <br />the Redwood City community. The survey would be mailed to hundreds of randomly <br />selected addressed distributed through the city, to obtain a randomized but reliable <br />sample of resident opinion. The results would be summarized in an easily comprehended <br />memo, including a breakdown of demographic information ($53,500). <br />Sea Level Rise Modeling and Adaptation Assessment <br />Subconsultant Lotus will help the City understand the various options for addressing sea <br />level rise through the development of a set of “flexible adaptation pathways” that delineate <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.318/Raimi + Associates (Redwood Life Precise Plan) (Page 33 of 45)
