Respond to requests from Project Managers. No direct press contact or <br />coordination with property owners or project stakeholders unless so directed. <br /> <br />3.2. Project Communication Roles and Responsibilities <br />Mayor & City Council: Policy makers, project advocates, and spokespeople as necessary. <br /> <br />City Executive Management: Support Mayor, City Council, and City staff by providing strategic <br />guidance, and serve as spokespeople as necessary. <br /> <br />City Public Information Officer/Deputy City Manager (Jennifer Yamaguma): Primary media <br />contact for media inquiries and interviews about the broad details of the project. Review <br />public messages for consistency with citywide messaging. Coordinates with City Project <br />Manager on social media and traditional channel inquiries. Posts project information on <br />communication channels (social media, e-blasts, newsletters, and similar) as requested by City <br />Project Manager. Provides media guidance as needed and coordinates media interviews if the <br />topic warrants a different spokesperson. <br /> <br />City Attorney (Veronica Ramirez): Provide legal and strategic advice to Mayor, City Council, <br />City Management, and City Project Manager. Media spokesperson as necessary. <br /> <br />City Project Manager (Matt Nichols): Project Manager and lead strategist, spokesperson as <br />necessary. Reports to City Engineer and Director of Community Development & <br />Transportation. Coordinates with Consultant Project Manager to get information and resolve <br />issues as necessary. <br /> <br />Consultant Project Manager (Leo Scott, GBS): Manages consultant team resources, including <br />R/W lead, appraisers, and design team among others. Responsible for project delivery. <br /> <br />R/W Lead (Larry Castellanos, AR/WS): Primary point of contact for property owners. Keeps <br />property files and diary of contacts. Coordinates with other team members as necessary, <br />especially appraisers and Consultant Project Manager. <br /> <br />A detailed list of all personnel roles, including contact informa�on is available in Appendix B. <br />4.
