The addi�on of Class IV <br />bike lanes requires the removal of curb parking between I-280 and El Camino Blvd. <br /> <br />• El Camino Real (SR 82) <br />o 1. Communica�on Tools <br />Because this phase of the technical work primarily involves specific ac�vi�es with property <br />owners related to the property acquisi�ons, and community leaders related to support for <br />grant applica�ons to various levels of governments (local, regional, state, and federal), the <br />communica�ons tools are very targeted. The following are a few tools will be used during this <br />phase to con�nue to set the project up for the public facing effort that will come during the <br />construc�on phase: <br />5.1. Database <br />Internal Communica�ons Task Team will locate and maintain a project database with the <br />contact informa�on from previous Community Mee�ng atendees and web page signups. This <br />database will be used to inform the community of upcoming public par�cipa�on opportuni�es <br />and mee�ngs. This dataset of interested par�es will be useful to communicate with the <br />community prior to construc�on. The specific details of this will be covered in the Construction <br />Outreach Plan which will be developed prior to the commencement of the construc�on phase <br />of the project.
