Hold a public hearing; <br />2. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution adopting the Budget of <br />the City of Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 and providing for the <br />appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; <br />3. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution approving and adopting <br />the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for the City of Redwood City for the period <br />of Fiscal Year 2024-25 through Fiscal Year 2028-29;
