By motion of the Successor Agency Board, adopt a Successor Agency to the Redwood <br />City Redevelopment Agency resolution adopting the Budget of the Successor Agency for <br />Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 and providing for the appropriation and <br />expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; and <br />5. Adopt a resolution amending the City of Redwood City Classification and Wage and <br />Salary Plan to establish the classification of Information Technology Director and to <br />amend the job description for Principal Analyst - Administrative Services classification, <br />including title change to Principal Analyst, and amending the Executive Management <br />Summary of Benefits. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined <br />in CEQA Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a <br />direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. Under <br />section 15378(b), project does not include the creation of government funding <br />mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment <br />to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Eakin to: <br />1. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution adopting the Budget <br />of the City of Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 and providing <br />for the appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; <br />2. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution approving and <br />adopting the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for the City of Redwood City <br />for the period of Fiscal Year 2024-25 through Fiscal Year 2028-29; <br />3. By motion of the Successor Agency Board, adopt a Successor Agency to the <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Agency resolution adopting the Budget of the <br />Successor Agency for Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 and providing for the <br />appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; and <br />4.
