BAYSHORE ROAD <br />REV: 12-09-22 VR <br />Page 48 of 61 <br />Mitigation Monitoring or Reporting Program <br />557 East Bayshore Road Project (SCH #2017072047) <br />Impacts Mitigation Timeframe for <br />Implementation <br />Responsibility <br />for <br />Implementatio <br />n <br />Oversight of <br />Implementatio <br />n <br />shall consist of a three-foot tall, tight cloth, smooth plastic, <br />or sheet-metal (or similar material approved by the <br />USFWS) fence toed into the soil at least 3 inches deep <br />and supported with stakes placed on the inside of the <br />barrier. A qualified biologist shall conduct a <br />preconstruction survey of the area where vegetation was <br />removed prior to construction access, and shall monitor <br />the installation of the barrier. Following the installation of <br />the barrier, designated construction personnel shall check <br />its integrity each morning that construction activities <br />occur, and shall initiate repairs immediately as needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MM BIO-1.15: Environmentally Sensitive Area Fencing. <br />Within the banks of the muted tidal drainage ditch, the <br />project limits shall also be clearly demarcated with <br />Environmentally Sensitive Area fencing to avoid <br />inadvertent disturbance of any habitat outside of the <br />designated construction area during construction <br />activities. This fencing can be combined with the <br />exclusion barrier but must not be outside that barrier. <br /> <br />MM BIO-1.16: Immediate Work Stoppage.
