Page 5 of 10 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the nature of the service, a competitive bidding <br />process is not likely to serve the best interest of the City; and approve and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement <br />for Services for an automated permit and land management system with Camino <br />Technologies, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $69,000 for a period of three <br />years, from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 funded by dedicated permit fee <br />revenues, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $129,000 for from April <br />1, 2021 to March 31, 2027.
