Page 6 of 10 <br />6.L.Notice of Intent to participate in the San Mateo County HOME Investment <br />Partnership (HOME) Consortium <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize and direct the City Manager to submit the Notice of Intent <br />to Participate in the San Mateo County HOME Consortium to the County of San <br />Mateo to reduce the City’s administrative burden associated with managing the <br />HOME program. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.M.Streamline implementation of the Affordable Housing Preservation Program <br />(Program) by amending Program Guidelines to enable staff to modify insurance <br />requirements, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, and revising <br />template loan documents to update and clarify implementation provisions <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending the Affordable Housing Preservation Program <br />Guidelines and revising the template loan documents for the Program. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.N.California Health and Safety Code Section 13146.4 fire department state- <br />mandated inspection compliance reporting FY 2023-24 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution acknowledging receipt of the FY2023-24 report of compliance <br />with California Health and Safety Code Section 13146.4 relating to mandatory fire <br />inspections. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.O.Agreement for Services with Midwest Tape LLC for audiovisual (AV) materials <br />(compact discs (CDs)/digital versatile discs (DVDs)/Books on CD) and <br />processing, and electronic materials access (eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics and <br />streaming movies, music, television) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />Agreement for Services with Midwest Tape LLC for AV materials <br />(CDs/DVDs/Books on CD) and processing, and electronic materials access <br />(eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics and streaming movies, music, television) for a <br />6
