When streets are at a PCI <br />of 70 or greater, they typically require only preventative maintenance, rather than more costly repairs. <br />Figure 1 <br />The City’s Roadway Pavement Management Program addresses roadway pavement repair and <br />replacement. The program inventories, assesses, and tracks maintenance of the City’s roadways. The City <br />uses the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s (MTC’s) StreetSaver program, feedback from Public <br />Works Services, maintenance history, comments and complaints from the public, and engineer field <br />surveys to evaluate pavement conditions. <br />8.B. - Page 2 of 12 <br />885
