Such requirements will apply to all <br />members for al future recruitments. <br /> <br />The Committee is tasked with: <br />• Advising the Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, and City Council on certain <br />architectural matters concerning building architecture and urban design; <br />• Review new building constructfon exceeding three stories or 35 ft. in height; <br />• Review requests for Downtown Precise Plan Guideline deviatfons, in accordance with the <br />Downtown Precise Plan; and <br />• Review projects as otherwise <br />required by the MunicipalCity Code, <br />Zoning Ordinance, or adopted <br />precise plan. <br /> <br />The Committee is tasked with: <br />Advising on projects designated by <br />the Community Development <br />Director, which generally shall be <br />large or sensitfve projects where <br />architectural elements are <br />significant and additfonal <br />community input is desired. <br /> <br /> <br />ARTS COMMISSION (CONSISTS OF SEVEN MEMBERS, FOUR-YEAR TERMS) <br /> <br />9.B. - Page 20 of 53 <br />176
