REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft and final logo (1 round of city review and comment/feedback); <br />draft and final brand guide (1 round of city review and comment/feedback). <br />3d – Create and Manage Independent Project Website <br />WRT will build, test, launch, and operate a project website. The website will utilize and <br />be consistent with project branding as described in 3c. This will include security and <br />cookies updates, updating content at key points in the project process, and summarizing <br />community inputs received through the website interface. City project manager and <br />assistant project manager will be provided website access to make minor content <br />updates, as needed. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft and final website mock-ups (1 round of city review and comment/feedback); <br />draft and final website content and graphics (1 round of city review and <br />comment/feedback); <br />draft and final website pages (implemented and live). <br />3e – Outreach Kit for Pop-Ups and Community Events <br />Convey will prepare two sets of outreach kit materials (one set for Phase 1 and one for <br />Phase 2) for City staff for when they attend community events, conduct pop-up meetings <br />at already established events, or meet with interested neighborhood and community <br />groups. The outreach kit will include up to two bilingual (English and Spanish) <br />posterboards presenting an overview of the project, project fact sheet(s), a comment card <br />template, and a PowerPoint presentation. WRT, Nuestra Casa, and Convey will work <br />together to help target bilingual and underserved populations. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft and final invitational/promotional materials (virtual, print master, PowerPoint; <br />1 round of city review and comment/feedback); <br />draft and final outreach kit to general population (virtual, print master, PowerPoint; <br />1 round of city review and comment/feedback) <br />3f – Bilingual Outreach with Flyers to Under-Represented Populations <br />WRT, Nuestra Casa, and Convey, will work with City staff and local partners such as <br />Redwood City Together to identify and recruit CBOs, neighborhood groups, and local <br />interest groups to reach and engage under-represented Spanish-speaking groups. <br />Nuestra Casa’s Promotoras program will conduct door-to-door outreach and facilitate <br />conversations at community engagement events to provide information about the project <br />and encourage participation. <br />Target neighborhoods for door-to-door outreach will be determined jointly with the City <br />during the development of the engagement strategy.
