REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />Promotoras who will conduct two 1-week outreach efforts targeting approximately 120 <br />doors each. All feedback with be processed and summarized. <br />WRT, Convey, and Nuestra Casa will develop flyer content and work to confirm that all <br />materials are culturally sensitive. Nuestra Casa will translate outreach and engagement <br />materials into Spanish. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />contacts for CBOs, neighborhood groups, & local interest groups; <br />identification of target neighborhoods; <br />three cycles of door to door outreach by Promotora; <br />for each cycle, flyer content in English and Spanish (draft and final versions); <br />for each cycle, cataloguing and summary of results. <br />3g – Speaker Series <br />WRT will plan and coordinate a speaker series comprised of two or three events, which <br />will inform the public about key planning topics. WRT will moderate and facilitate the <br />speaker events and work with city staff to coordinate meeting logistics such as venue, <br />online platform, and event publicity. <br />Convey will develop promotional and invitational materials for the events, including social <br />media posts, a press release, newsletter, and/or eblast content, and website posting. City <br />will distribute these materials through its communications channels and post recordings <br />of the sessions on the project webpage. <br />The format for these events would be a presentation and moderated discussion by <br />subject-matter experts, followed by Q & A and open discussion. Each event will cover <br />2-3 topics, budgeted according to the list below. Each event will be covered by subject- <br />matter experts on the WRT’s assembled team, and up to 6 additional subject-matter <br />experts will be selected and provided with stipends paid through WRT’s budget for direct <br />expenses. <br />EPS – real estate market factors, <br />MJB – small business vitality & retail positioning, <br />ELS – the design of thriving retail-entertainment districts, <br />WRT – placemaking through public realm improvements, <br />P+T – historic resource protection & compatible new development, <br />Arup – infrastructure & climate resiliency. <br />DELIVERABLES FOR 2-3 EVENTS: <br />Speaker series planning & coordination; <br />Promotional & invitational materials (1 round of city review and <br />comment/feedback); <br />Presentation preparation and meeting attendance by WRT’s team members noted <br />above; <br />WRT meeting facilitation and notes. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.139/Wallace Robers & Todd LLC (Downtown & Central RWC) (Page 18 of 60)
