REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />consultant recommendations for preferred Framework Plan; <br />Community Open House input on conditions and Framework Alternatives; <br />Open House summary notes. <br />5b - Summary Memorandum for Plan Framework Alternatives <br />WRT will coordinate and integrate Alternative Framework Plan elements developed by <br />WRT’s team, into coherent plan diagrams with design vignettes and 3D depictions as <br />needed to describe alternative scenarios to community members and decision makers. <br />DELIVERABLES: summary memorandum of other Task 5 deliverables after receiving <br />comments by City staff (2 rounds of city review and comment/feedback). <br />5c - Review Plan Framework Alternatives and Set Direction <br />Key members of WRT’s team will present the draft Plan Framework Alternatives at: a <br />joint session of the Architectural Advisory Committee and Historic Resources Advisory <br />Committee, a meeting of the Transportation Advisory Committees, and a joint session <br />with the Planning Commission and City Council. WRT will prepare meeting presentations <br />for staff review prior to the public hearings, and finalize the presentation based on staff <br />comments. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft and final meeting presentations; <br />meeting attendance at 1 joint study session with Architecture and Historic <br />Resources Advisory Committee; <br />meeting attendance at 1 study session with Transportation Advisory Committee; <br />meeting attendance at joint session of the Planning Commission & City Council. <br />Task 5 Summary of Anticipated Public Meetings, Hearings, and Community <br />Outreach Activities <br />The following will occur during Task 5, and are also summarized in Table 1: <br />Internal Project Team Charrette to set direction for Plan Framework Alternatives; <br />1 Joint Study Session with Architectural and Historic Resources Advisory <br />Committees; <br />1 Study Session with Transportation Advisory Committee; <br />1 joint Study Session with Planning Commission and City Council <br />Pop-Ups (City Staff only); <br />Community Advisory Committee (consultant participation TBD); <br />Stakeholder Meetings (number of meetings in this phase TBD); <br />Community Open House to gather input on existing conditions and Framework <br />Alternatives <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.139/Wallace Robers & Todd LLC (Downtown & Central RWC) (Page 40 of 60)
