REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />identification of potential local, state, and federal funding sources. <br />EPS will describe each funding tool and its applicability to the type of improvements <br />envisioned by the Plan based on a variety of criteria, including without limitation: <br />likely revenue generation <br />ease of adoption and implementation <br />cost burden and incidence <br />flexibility over time <br />stakeholder support. <br />DELIVERABLE: draft Implementation narrative including public financing strategies, <br />consistent with State law, and graphics for review by City staff. <br />7g - Streetscape Master Plan <br />To implement street and open space policies contained in the Plan, a detailed Streetscape <br />Master Plan will be prepared for select blocks of Broadway between Main & Winslow (5 <br />blocks – assuming Jefferson to Main is considered 2 blocks) as a core downtown <br />pedestrian destination. This master plan will develop the streetscape design to a higher <br />level of detail than the public space design concepts provided in the Plan public realm <br />section and will include the following detailed design elements: <br />overall detailed illustrative plan(s) showing design intent of hardscape and <br />landscape elements; <br />enlarged plans at specific intersections and special areas (plazas, events spaces, <br />etc.); <br />3D illustrations illustrating key elements of design intent; <br />planting design concept; <br />materiality (paving, structures, etc.); <br />street furnishings and amenities; <br />street lighting; <br />public art elements; <br />multi-use curb lane and curbside management; <br />civil engineering design (conceptual level – 15% design); <br />transportation design input; <br />programming and activation recommendations. <br />Services will include civil engineering and traffic consultation from our team to address <br />street geometry, infrastructure, costs, and multi-modal design standards. <br />7h – Social Equity Policies and Performance <br />WRT will draft all chapters of the Plan to ensure that principals for advancing social equity <br />are embedded in the Plan vision, goals, and policies.
