REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />equitably prioritized to address historic underinvestment in low income communities and <br />communities of color, and reducing climate impacts, particularly on populations that are <br />especially vulnerable. <br />DELIVERABLES: Plan policies related to social equity; qualitative assessment of Plan <br />performance; implementation measures targeting social equity. <br />7i – Administrative Drafts of Plan & General Plan Amendments <br />After City staff reviews and comments on draft Plan sections, WRT will revise and compile <br />Plan sections within a comprehensive Administrative Draft of a Plan document. WRT will <br />provide City staff with narrative in Word, and will provide a layout version of the Plan after <br />City staff has reviewed and commented on an InDesign layout template. WRT will provide <br />an Administrative Draft of general plan amendments that address potential <br />inconsistencies when comparing the Plan to Redwood City’s general plan. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Administrative Draft of Plan; Administrative Draft of ODDS; <br />Administrative Draft of general plan amendments <br />Two rounds of city review and comment/feedback for each. <br />7j – Administrative Draft of Objective Design and Development Standards <br />WRT will develop ODDS for zoning districts in the planning area, which – based on <br />discussion with City staff – will be either integrated within existing code or be a stand- <br />alone document. The ODDS will address: <br />allowable uses, <br />existing non-conforming uses, <br />density & intensity, <br />site coverage, <br />building height, <br />setbacks, <br />allowable projections <br />massing, <br />street-facing frontage, <br />building materials, <br />site design, <br />residential open space, <br />loading & service areas, and <br />building additions. <br />WRT will collaborate with Page & Turnbull to develop new development standards for <br />providing high-quality, context-sensitive design, such as to address compatibility of new <br />construction adjacent to existing and potential historic resources.
