WRT will create standards <br />as they relate to developer contributions to the public realm. <br />WRT will revise draft ODDS, whether it is a stand-alone document or integrated within <br />the Plan, as discussed in 7b. The Administrative Draft will be provided as narrative in <br />Word and in a layout PDF version that will include graphics. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft ODDS with Word text and graphics for review by City staff; <br />Administrative Draft with Word text and PDF layout version. <br />Two rounds of city review and comment/feedback for each. <br />7k – Public Review Draft of Plan with ODDS & General Plan Amendments <br />After City staff has reviewed the Administrative Drafts among its divisions and <br />departments, it will provide WRT with a single internally-consistent compilation of <br />comments and suggested changes. WRT will revise the Plan, the ODDS, and the general <br />plan amendments, after having an opportunity to discuss comments and suggested <br />revisions with City staff. WRT will provide revised language in Word accompanied by a <br />layout/PDF version serving as a “checkprint draft.” After the City staff reviews and <br />comments on the checkprint draft, WRT will revise the Word and layout/PDF versions. <br />The layout/PDF versions will be used for community and decision-maker review. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Public Review Drafts of the Plan with ODDS and general plan amendments <br />(checkprint and revised versions); <br />summary report of the outreach conducted and feedback received. <br />Task 7 Summary of Anticipated Meetings, Hearings, and Community Outreach <br />Activities <br />The following will occur during Task 7, and are also summarized in Table 1: <br />Pop-Ups (City Staff only) <br />Community Advisory Committee (consultant participation TBD), <br />1 joint study session with Architectural Advisory Committee and Historic <br />Resources Advisory Committee to review/provide feedback on the draft Plan, <br />1 Transportation Advisory Committee study session to review/provide feedback on <br />the draft Plan, <br />Community Open House to gather input on the draft Plan. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.139/Wallace Robers & Todd LLC (Downtown & Central RWC) (Page 47 of 60)
