The City will post, file, mail, and publish these notices as required under CEQA. 9.Public Hearing During 45-Day Circulation Period: DJP&A will attend a public hearing during the circulation period of the Draft EIR. DJP&A will be available to describe the environmental impacts of the project and mitigation measures. DJP&A will provide a consolidated summary of any verbal and written comments provided at the public hearing meeting. 10.Prepare Administrative Final EIR: Upon completion of the 45-day Draft EIR circulation period, DJP&A will prepare an Administrative Draft Final EIR (ADFEIR). The Final EIR will contain a list of persons and agencies who commented on the Draft EIR, responses to comments on the Draft EIR, revisions to the EIR text, as necessary, and copies of letters received on the Draft EIR. This scope assumes minimal comments will be received on the Draft EIR. All responses to written comments will be answered in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines Section 15088. This proposal assumes that no comments are received that require additional technical analysis. DJP&A will submit the ADFEIR electronically in Word to the City for review. 11.Prepare Screen-Check Final EIR: The City will provide DJP&A a single, consolidated set of comments on the ADFEIR in track changes. DJP&A will revise the document based on City comments and submit an electronic Screen-Check in Word to the City for final review. 12.Prepare Published Final EIR: After addressing City’s comments, DJP&A will finalize the Final EIR and provide the City with up to five hard copies of the document and a PDF of the document for publication. The City will post, provide, and/or file the Final EIR as required by CEQA and AB 819. 13.Prepare Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program: DJP&A will prepare a draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the project. The MMRP will identify the mitigation measures required for all significant impacts, responsible implementation entity, monitoring schedule, and enforcement or monitoring agency. DJP&A will submit an electronic copy of the draft MMRP in Word to the City for its use prior to the project hearing. 14.Prepare draft and final CEQA Findings: DJP&A will compile information from the EIR and prepare a draft of the findings required under CEQA Guidelines Section 15091. The City will provide one round of review of the draft findings and will provide DJP&A with a single, consolidated set of comments in track changes. DJP&A will update the draft findings based on City feedback and provide a final version. 15.Prepare Notice of Determination: DJP&A will prepare a draft Notice of Determination (NOD) and submit it electronically in Word to the City for review. The City will provide one round of review and will provide DJP&A with a single, consolidated set of comments in track changes. The City will file and publish the NOD as required under CEQA.
