REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />16.Attend Eight meetings: DJP&A will provide general project management for the <br />CEQA deliverables, including attendance at up to eight project meetings, and up <br />to 24 short, check-in meetings with the City during the CEQA process. The <br />meetings will be used to provide status updates on the EIR (including technical <br />studies), Final EIR, and discuss and resolve any outstanding issues. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />draft EIR project description in Word, <br />finalized EIR project description in Word; <br />draft NOP in Word, finalized NOP in PDF; <br />summary of verbal and written comments provided at the EIR scoping meeting; <br />Administrative Draft EIR in Word and PDF, with the technical reports; screen check <br />EIR in Word; <br />Draft EIR in PDF; <br />Draft NOA and NOC in Word, finalized NOA and NOC in PDF; <br />summary of verbal and written comments provided at the public hearing held <br />during the 45-day EIR circulation period; <br />ADFEIR in Word; <br />screen-Check Final EIR in Word; <br />Final EIR in PDF; Draft MMRP in Word; <br />Draft and Final CEQA Findings in Word; Draft NOD in Word, finalized NOD in PDF; <br />attendance at 8 project meetings with notes summarizing key CEQA-related <br />meeting decisions and action items. <br />8c – CEQA Transportation Analysis <br />CHS will prepare a stand-alone CEQA transportation analysis report. CHS will build on <br />analysis performed in Task 4. Furthermore, CHS will follow the CEQA transportation <br />analysis guidelines specified in the Redwood City Transportation Analysis Manual in <br />support of EIR development. <br />DELIVERABLE: draft and final CEQA transportation section. <br />8d – Local Transportation Analysis (LTA) (Non-CEQA Analysis) <br />CHS will complete non-CEQA transportation analysis consistent with the Redwood City <br />Transportation Analysis Manual requirements. CHS will prepare a standalone Local <br />Transportation Analysis report including the following: <br />1.Data Collection: Multimodal data collection at up to 20 intersections during AM <br />(7am-10am) and PM (3pm-6pm) peak periods. <br />2.Trip Generation, Distribution, and Assignment: Project trip generation <br />estimates based on the Institute of Transportation Engineers trip rates, and trip <br />distribution and assignment based on profession judgement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.139/Wallace Robers & Todd LLC (Downtown & Central RWC) (Page 52 of 60)
