REV: 10-07-24 LF <br />Fees <br />City will pay the Consultant on a per task basis upon receipt of the invoice as described <br />below which includes any necessary travel expenses to be incurred by the Consultant <br />staff to complete the tasks. <br />Consultant will invoice for the following tasks upon completion of tasks detailed below <br />pursuant to Section 6, Compensation. The City will only be billed for completed tasks for <br />a not-to-exceed amount of $77,500. <br />Major Task Estimated Duration Cost <br />Assessment Reports 5-7 weeks $70,000 <br />Action Plans 2 weeks $7,500 <br />Total $77,500 <br />Consultant will obtain prior written approval from the City for any optional services being <br />performed.
