Approval Subject to Conditions: The Planned Community Permit, <br />with a 15 percent parking reduction, and Tentative Parcel Map are hereby conditionally <br />approved based on the Planning Commission’s consideration and reliance on the <br />Consistency Checklist, EIR, Precise Plan and in accordance with the plans, details and <br />descriptions contained therein, subject to the Conditions of Approval (Exhibit A) attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 6.
