CEQA Consistency Checklist: The Planning Commission finds that:

a. The CEQA Consistency Checklist was prepared in accordance with
all legal requirements; and

b. The Planning Commission has reviewed and analyzed the
Consistency Checklist and other information in the entire record and has
considered the information therein, including the written and oral comments
received at the public hearing on the Project, prior to acting upon or approving the
Project.

c. Based on substantial evidence in the record, the proposed Project is
within the scope of the previously adopted Precise Plan and the certified EIR. The
mitigation measures and Statement of Overriding Considerations associated with
certification of the EIR address the environmental effects of the Project.
Accordingly, with the approval of this Project, all applicable mitigation measures
and the Statement of Overriding Considerations are hereby reconfirmed and
readopted.

d. As set forth in CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 (Subsequent EIRs
and Negative Declarations) and 15163 (Supplement to an EIR), the proposed
Project will not result in any new environmental effects, or a substantial increase
in the severity of any environmental impact, or require new mitigation measures
beyond those identified in the EIR and adopted upon approval of the Precise Plan.

e. Pursuant to Guidelines section 15091(e) (Findings), the documents
and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the
Planning Commission has based its decision are located in and may be obtained
from the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City,
California. The City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City.

Section 3. Planned Community Permit PC2019-003:

a.
