<br />ATTY/RESO.0023/ PC RESO APPROVING AP2022-081 <br />REV: 03-30-2023 JB <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />separating building areas from paved areas to provide access from <br />buildings to open space areas; <br /> <br />Given the size of Project, there is sufficient landscaping and space proposed <br />to provide screening between properties and break up large expanses of <br />paved areas. This is achieved by minimizing impervious surface parking and <br />providing landscaping. <br /> <br />H. In the case of any commercial or industrial structure, the review <br />authority shall consider its proximity to any R District and shall <br />consider the effect of the proposed structure upon the character and <br />value of the adjacent R District area; <br /> <br />This finding is not applicable because there are no commercial or industrial <br />structures proposed. <br /> <br />I. The provision of permeable areas and drainage design appropriate to <br />capture and treat stormwater runoff prior to its discharge from the site <br />including, but not limited to, the use of vegetated swales, landscape <br />features, permeable pavement materials, infiltration basins or <br />engineered designs. <br /> <br />The Project and site design will comply with applicable green infrastructure, <br />stormwater and drainage requirements. For a project of this scope, compliance is <br />enforced during building permit plan review. <br /> <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby approves the Permit consistent <br />with Chapter 40 (Historic Preservation) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, subject to <br />the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A of this Resolution and makes the following <br />findings requisite in the Historic Preservation Ordinance (Chapter 4 Section 40.10 of the <br />Redwood City Municipal Code). <br /> <br />A. In the case of any property designated a historic landmark, the <br />proposed work would not detrimentally alter, destroy or adversely affect <br />any exterior architectural feature; or <br /> <br />The Property is not a designated a historic landmark, so this criterion is not <br />applicable. <br /> <br />B. In the case of any property located within a historic district, the <br />proposed construction, removal, rehabilitation alteration, remodeling, <br />excavation or exterior alteration conforms to the prescriptive standards <br />as adopted by the Commission, and does not adversely affect the <br />character of the district; or <br />
