All storage and display of goods, equipment, or material that serves the home <br />occupation is enclosed within a building. No indoor or outdoor storage of materials, <br />equipment, or supplies, other than that necessary for domestic purposes, shall <br />exist. <br />6. The entrance to the space devoted to such use is from within the building, and no <br />internal or external alterations or construction features not customarily used in <br />dwellings is involved. <br /> <br />C. Prohibited Uses. <br />a. On-site vehicle repair; <br />b. Sexually-oriented businesses <br />c. Animal-related uses; <br />d. Firearm and ammunition retail sale use; <br />e. Any use deemed by the Zoning Administrator to not be incidental to the residential <br />use of the dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> <br />31.19 - Temporary Use PermitsReserved. <br />A. Purpose. A Temporary Use Permit governs activities, uses, and structures that operate for a finite <br />duration and are not otherwise permitted in the zoning district where they are located. <br />B. Applicability. The following temporary activities, uses, and structures are permitted on private or public <br />property subject to the issuance of a Temporary Use Permit unless otherwise permitted in the zoning <br />district where they are located: <br />1. Seasonal goods sales (e.g. Halloween, Christmas); <br />2. Farmers markets and produce markets; <br />3. Antique markets, flea markets, rummage sales, and similar events, except such markets that <br />include the sale of firearms and ammunition are subject to the requirements of Article 58 <br />“Firearms and Ammunition Retail Sale Use” and are not subject to this Section; <br />4. Food truck vending; <br />5. Entertainment and assembly events, including carnivals, circuses, concerts, fairs, festivals, food <br />events, haunted houses, outdoor entertainment/sporting events, and similar events designed to <br />attract large crowds; <br />6. Structures and uses such as construction offices and storage sheds associated with the <br />construction of a building or group of buildings that are located within ¼ mile of a property if such <br />property has an active Building Permit, and; <br />7. Other temporary activities, uses, and structures that the Zoning Administrator determines are <br />similar in nature and intensity to those identified above. <br />A Temporary Use Permit is not required for temporary activities, uses, and structures on property owned <br />by the City of Redwood City. <br />C. Review Authority. The Zoning Administrator reviews all Temporary Use Permit applications. No public <br />hearing or notice is required. <br />D. Findings. Temporary Use Permits may be approved if all the following findings can be made:
