The City Council hereby approves and adopts the General Plan <br />Amendment as provided in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 6. This resolution shall be effective upon the effective date of the DTPP <br />Amendment and Development Agreement Ordinance. In the event that the DTPP <br />Amendment and Development Agreement Ordinance do not become effective, the <br />General Plan Amendment shall not be deemed approved. In the event the DTPP <br />Amendment or Development Agreement Ordinance are challenged, the General Plan <br />Amendment shall not be deemed approved unless and until the DTPP Amendment and <br />Development Agreement Ordinance are in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />* * * <br />
