REV: 09-18-24 LF <br />specific holidays and themed months as well as current events and stories in the <br />news. <br />Access to Customer Tool Kits, consisting of digital marketing assets, title <br />highlights, and suggested promotional copy, pertaining to Kanopy’s current <br />marketing campaigns. <br />Any services listed that are not given a price shall be provided to the City free of charge. <br />Consultant will provide the following services as part of their OverDrive Advantage digital <br />service: <br />Access to Consultant’s content delivery platform, Libby. <br />The Libby app is available for download at the Apple Store and the Google Play <br />store. <br />As a member of the Peninsula Library System consortium, the City will not directly <br />pay for fees associated with Libby, as those costs are billed directly to the <br />Peninsula Library System. There are no ongoing system or annual fees related to <br />the Advantage Account. The City is free to purchase additional content as <br />necessary. <br />Customizable OverDrive Advantage platforms with City’s logo and colors. <br />A dedicated Digital Content Librarian to assist with supplier selection. <br />Ability to set up plans by frequency, price, number of titles, genre, specific <br />publisher, and many other factors. <br />Ability to create and implement any custom specifications that best fit the City’s <br />selection needs. <br />Access to OverDrive Resource Center, a depository of free resources to print, <br />distribute, or share digitally. These include “Getting Started with Libby Guide”, <br />bookmarks, flyers, and a range of customizable graphics and templates. <br />Consultant provides free MARC Express records for all content purchased through <br />OverDrive Marketplace. <br />Consultant provides MARC records from other major MARC record vendors, such <br />as OCLC, BDS, and TLC. If the City chooses to receive MARC records from OCLC, <br />BDS or TLC, the Consultant can provide the MARC vendor with the appropriate <br />title information immediately after the purchase of content. The MARC vendor can <br />then generate the records and supply them to the City at an additional cost to the <br />City billed by the Consultant. Consultant will bill the City for each MARC record <br />supplied to the City for OverDrive Advantage titles in the monthly invoice. Not all <br />titles require a MARC record.
