Consultant will be in full compliance with the DOJ’s new rule, which requires compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards by April 24, 2026. Consultant shall notify the City after full compliance including if Consultant cannot be fully compliant by the deadline. Libby’s timeline feature automatically displays any activity such as loans, holds, renewals, and returns.
