10 <br />variations, and document templates to ensure a consistent visual identity across all project <br />materials. <br />Project Website <br />The consultant engagement team will develop a dedicated project micro-website for the Plan <br />that emulates the look and theme of the City website. This site will serve as a central hub for all <br />project and outreach efforts, providing project background, information, and updates throughout <br />the engagement process. The website will feature a calendar of upcoming engagement events <br />and serve as the platform for online surveys or other interactive tools as needed to gather <br />community input. Periodic updates will keep the site current with new announcements, <br />engagement opportunities, and documents for public review. <br />Additionally, a suite of content will be developed for a landing page on the City’s primary <br />website, www.redwoodcity.org, including a homepage blurb and content under the “Planning” <br />section with detailed information about the Plan and upcoming engagement activities. <br />All web content will feature a prominent call-to-action to encourage visitors to sign up for <br />updates via the project email list. Dedicated City email and mailing addresses will be available <br />for collecting feedback and questions from community members. <br />Supplemental and Promotional Materials <br />The following materials will be created to support all engagement efforts. When appropriate, <br />informational materials may be translated into Spanish. Additional languages may be <br />considered based on requests or identified needs. <br />Social Media <br />Event announcements and prompts to participate in surveys or other outreach opportunities will <br />be shared across the City’s existing social media platforms. The engagement team will prepare <br />a suite of social media content, including copy, graphics, and a posting schedule. <br />E-Mail <br />The engagement team will prepare a suite of content for the City’s email newsletter for email <br />subscribers, featuring calls-to-action and updates on upcoming engagement opportunities. <br />Partner Toolkit <br />As appropriate, a digital toolkit will be created for agency partners and CBOs. It will include pre- <br />written social media posts and email newsletter content featuring, for example, links to the <br />online surveys, event details, digital flyers, and other promotional materials that these <br />organizations can share with their constituents. UTM tracking codes will be used to monitor <br />traffic sources and measure the impact and efficacy of partner-led outreach. <br />Presentation Slide Deck <br />A PowerPoint slide deck will be prepared for community presentations. In addition to content <br />pertinent to the project stage, the slide decks will detail the Plan's goals, progress, and ways to <br />get involved. <br />Comment Cards and Paper Surveys <br />Physical comment cards and/or paper surveys will be printed and distributed at pop-up events <br />and other local gatherings, providing a simple way for attendees to provide feedback, <br />suggestions, or raise questions about the Plan. <br />8.A. - Page 16 of 17 <br />79
