CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />HOUSING MANAGEMENT ANALYST I/II (Continued) <br />2 <br />Housing Management Analyst II <br />Receives general supervision from an assigned supervisor. <br />Exercises direct supervision over technical and administrative support personnel. <br />EXAMPLES OF IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES <br />1.Plan, develop, implement, and manage complex affordable housing projects , <br />including reviewing development proposals, analyzing financial proformas, <br />conducting financial underwriting, developing agreements, maintaining records, <br />and collaborating with internal and external partners; <br />2.Administration of the City’s affordable housing portfolio including compliance <br />monitoring, processing resales and refinances, and developing working <br />relationships with developers, realtors, title companies, lenders, non -profits, and <br />other stakeholders; <br />3.Provide responsible professional and technical assistance in the development, <br />administration and implementation of housing programs; assist in formulating <br />program policy, goals and procedures; collect and compile relevant data <br />supporting recommendations. <br />4.Conduct budgetary analysis and develop, prepare, and administer project or <br />program budgets; monitor and manage project progress, performance, costs, <br />associated vendor contracts and control project costs. <br />5.Research, analyze, and interpret housing data, policies, reports, and analysis <br />to inform the development of housing policies and programs ; make <br />recommendations on policy matters related to housing and community <br />development. <br />6.Respond to complaints and requests for information from the public and City <br />staff; research requested information and determine appropriate resolutions; <br />and manage, direct and coordinate special projects and programs as assigned. <br />7.Serve as coordinator in the City’s performance measurement and benchmarking <br />program. <br />8.Assist in the development, coordination and monitoring of the department <br />budget; prepare expenditure summary reports; and manage and analyze <br />multiple Federal, State and local funding sources. <br />9.Prepare grant proposals; administer active grants to ensure that stipulations and <br />regulations regarding the use of funds are met; develop policies and procedures <br />and maintain appropriate records. <br />ATTY/RESO.0089/CC RESO AMENDING CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FY 24-25 (HOUSING MANAGEMENT ANALYST)- EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 12-05-24 MI <br /> <br />Page 2 of 6
