REV: 10-09-24 MI <br />11.Provide a schedule of each task that includes overall design schedule and <br />construction. <br />12.Schedule owner meetings as necessary during design. <br />13.Provide value engineering recommendations to City staff members. <br />14.Keep communication as required with City staff and other consultants. <br />15.Other duties as required by City staff. <br />16.Investigation, Assessment and Recommendations: Assessment of existing City <br />facilities and providing recommendations for upgrades, retrofits or replacement. <br />17.Attend project meetings as required for each specific project. These may include, but <br />are not limited to the following meetings: kick-off, site investigation, design review, <br />outside agency, pre-bid, pre-construction, construction. <br />18.Investigation and assessment of existing site conditions, including as-built and record <br />drawings, site investigations, information from City and site staff, as required by <br />project scope. <br />19.Assist City staff in preparing project budgets and construction estimates. <br />20.Prepare CAD base plan based on as-built records, electronic site surveys, site <br />investigations as provided by the City and other agencies, as needed. <br />21.Provide recommendations in approach to architectural design. <br />22.Provide peer review of work prepared by City staff or other architectural consultants <br />not covered under this contract. <br />Schematic, Conceptual Design and Design Development Phase: <br />1.Prepare Schematic and Conceptual Design documents, including plans, details and <br />draft specifications for City, agencies, stakeholder review and approval. <br />2.Provide product and material cut sheets for review and approval. <br />3.Prepare budgetary cost estimates for architectural scope options to be the basis of <br />review and approval of schematic, conceptual and/ or design development, and <br />proceeding with construction documents phase. <br />4.Project Administration as required. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
