While this <br />approach may not include every <br />tenant protection sought by some <br />stakeholder groups, it represents a <br />balanced strategy that considers <br />feedback from a diverse range of <br />stakeholders and progresses the work <br />in a timely manner. <br />Additionally, the City’s partnership <br />with Project Sentinel (Tenant and <br />Landlord Counseling Services Project) <br />provides staff with valuable data on <br />issues that may arise between tenants <br />and landlords.
