Approval of change order for contract with B&D Excavation and Construction for the <br />Redwood Creek Channel Improvement Near 1891 Palm Avenue; funding from Capital <br />Outlay Fund (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute change order to the <br />contract with B&D Excavation and Construction of Santa Rosa, California for an <br />additional $331,500, thereby increasing the contract amount to a total of $1,441,400, <br />and authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10 percent of the new contract amount, for a not to exceed total in the <br />amount of $1,585,540. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2. Adopt a resolution supporting the Vera Avenue Permanent Bicycle Boulevard Project <br />and James Avenue/El Camino Real Intersection Improvement Project and Authorizing the <br />Submittal of Two Applications to the San Mateo County Transportation Authority for <br />Measure A/W Pedestrian and Bicycle Program Funding; and <br />2.
