Improvement and Maintenance Agreements with Caltrans related to the Elco Yards <br />development at 1601 El Camino Real to facilitate the installation of enhanced <br />pedestrian and bicyclist safety improvements along El Camino Real (304) Reso 16237 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute: <br />(1) a Highway Improvement Agreement with IQHQ Elco Yards, LP and State of California <br />Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and <br />(2)a Project Specific Maintenance Agreement with the State of California Department of <br />Transportation (Caltrans), and to take all actions necessary to carry out the Agreements. <br />CEQA: <br />Environmental Impact Report
