Streamline implementation of the Affordable Housing Preservation Program <br />(Program) by amending Program Guidelines to enable staff to modify insurance <br />requirements, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, and revising template loan <br />documents to update and clarify implementation provisions (304) Reso 16238 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending the Affordable Housing Preservation Program Guidelines <br />and revising the template loan documents for the Program. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.N. California Health and Safety Code Section 13146.4 fire department state-mandated <br />inspection compliance reporting FY 2023-24 (304) Reso 16239 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution acknowledging receipt of the FY2023-24 report of compliance with <br />California Health and Safety Code Section 13146.4 relating to mandatory fire inspections. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.O. Agreement for Services with Midwest Tape LLC for audiovisual (AV) materials (compact <br />discs (CDs)/digital versatile discs (DVDs)/Books on CD) and processing, and electronic <br />materials access (eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics and streaming movies, music, <br />television) (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year Agreement
