CM 50% <br />2024 Calendar Year Highlights: monitored over <br />1,850 legislative matters, engaged in more than <br />330 City-related actions, secured grant funding for <br />initiatives such as de-escalation training and major <br />infrastructure projects, secured $3.3 million in <br />Vehicle License Fee (VLF) obligations, applied for <br />an additional $3.7 million in grant opportunities. <br />Perform all required duties as Elections <br />Official for the municipal election to be <br />held on November 5, 2024. CM 100% <br />Successfully performed all required duties as <br />Elections Official for the November 5 election; City <br />Council adopted Certified Election Results on <br />December 9, 2024. <br />Provide planning and staffing support for <br />various official events including Sister <br />Cities delegation visit, Board, Commission <br />and Committee (BCC) recognition, and City <br />Council reorganization by December 31, <br />2024. <br />CM 100% <br />Successfully supported various official events <br />leveraging strong internal planning, staffing <br />coordination, and communication with internal <br />and external stakeholders. <br />Acquire and implement a new Agenda and <br />Contract Management System, leveraging <br />technology to streamline processes and <br />enhance user experience while creating <br />and reviewing agenda items for City <br />Council meetings, City Council Sub- <br />Committee meetings, and Board, <br />Commission, and Committee meetings by <br />the end of June 2025. <br />CM 25% <br />Agreement has been executed to acquire a new <br />agenda management system (contract <br />management not included).
