The new 45,000 square foot facility <br />will house multipurpose rooms for events, meetings, and workshops, non-profit center, health and <br />wellness programs, a state-of-the-art kitchen for meal services, and a dedicated space for veterans to <br />gather, share their experiences, and access essential resources. <br />ELS was selected through a competitive qualifications and negotiation process for this project because of <br />their notable experience in creating innovative and accessible public spaces that can cater to a variety of <br />needs.
