REV: 02-04-25 LF <br />of premises. <br />Contractor shall test any battery lowering device annually and shall ensure that such <br />devices operate as intended. <br />Contractor shall test the operation of the elevator under fire and other emergency <br />conditions to determine conformance with the applicable requirements of subsection <br />3128 REF. ASME A17.1, Rule 1002.2f. <br />4) Stock of Materials <br />Contractor shall provide only genuine parts supplied by the original manufacturer of the <br />equipment for replacement or repair, and shall furnish and use only those lubricants <br />obtained from and/or recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment. The <br />Contractor shall maintain a parts inventory and parts accessibility network stocked with <br />exclusive quality replacement parts. The Contractor shall stock commonly used parts <br />at the customer's job site, as well as in the service technician's mobile vehicle. <br />5) Elevator Performance Requirements <br />Contractor shall maintain system performance, as per manufacturer's specifications. <br />Should City inspect the system and find it not in conformance with the manufacturer's <br />system performance specifications, Contractor shall make necessary adjustments to <br />bring the equipment into conformance within thirty (30) days of receipt of written <br />notification of deficiencies. <br />Contractor will maintain a smooth, comfortable ride during acceleration, running and <br />deceleration. Door operation will be smooth and quiet during all modes of operation. <br />Contractor is responsible for providing, as its own expense, all necessary tools and <br />instruments to perform tests substantiating its ability to maintain all facets of the <br />equipment. <br />6) Wiring and Construction Prints <br />All wiring and construction prints or diagrams of elevator systems in City buildings <br />covered under the Agreement are the property of the City and upon termination of the <br />Agreement shall be delivered to Facilities Manager. All changes in circuitry made by <br />the Contractor shall be properly recorded on the diagrams, including the date of the <br />change and the name of the person making the change. At any time changes are made, <br />the Contractor shall give the Facilities Manager a copy of the revisions. <br />7) Call-Backs <br />Contractor shall provide unlimited call-back service at no additional cost to the City <br />during regular working hours (Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). <br />Contractor shall also provide emergency call-back service outside regular working <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend. no.1/Star Elevator, Inc.
