Learn why this is important at
https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification ]
Hello My name is Kendra Bronstein and I am a homeowner in Redwood Shores and resident for over 20 years.
I love my community and love Redwood Shores.
I live in the Boardwalk Complex and very concerned about several issues.
I am concerned about the environmental concerns, toxic waste, traffic, sea level rise, levy concern, taller buildings to
block airflow, bio safety concern, set back from Boardwalk complex to project, view and close proximity from the
Boardwalk Complex, and a 25 year completion project just to name a few. I would also vote for no hotel to be added
to the plan.
Is there really a need to have such a big project plan at this time? Why not just build what is needed now as plan 1
then build and add plan 2. We have so many empty buildings why build more?
I love the levy and bay trail to walk, run, and bike and enjoy the wildlife.
There are many that support the project for the jobs that it will create. Do the workers realize the unsafe working
conditions and the toxic air they will consume? They do not realize the impact for the community they are only
thinking of the impact of themselves.
The project could be a good idea but not at that location in Redwood Shores.
I would recommend adding an alternative 3 so we have more choices.
I think a better proposal would be to take over the Oracle buildings and land. Oracle seems to be only half full and
maybe you could buy the Oracle campus.
It is also closer to the Grand Bay hotel and freeway.
Kendra Bronstein
