CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Continued) <br />6. Plans, directs, supervises and coordinates the activities of department personnel <br />in providing technical and support services. <br /> <br />7. Researches, compiles, analyzes and evaluates general and statistical information <br />regarding the department and its operations. <br /> <br />8. Formulate rules, procedures and policies for the department and ensure <br />adherence in accordance with City policies, goals and objectives. <br /> <br />9. Prepares, administers and maintains the department budget, including forecasting <br />future needs as well as monitoring and controlling expenditures. <br /> <br />10. Prepares service agreements and contracts and performs administrative oversight <br />of agreements, contracts, grants, and/or regulatory compliance issues. <br /> <br />11. Confers with stakeholders and the public and City officials on concerns with <br />services rendered. Identify service needs and priorities. Identify future needs and <br />growth trends of the department. <br /> <br />12. Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents written and oral reports to the City <br />Manager, department head, City Council, Commissions, other governmental <br />agencies and community groups <br /> <br />13. Works with management personnel, interpreting policies of the City Council and <br />City Manager, establishing department priorities, monitoring division <br />performance, identifying action which will increase a department/division’s level <br />of performance. <br /> <br />14. Represents the City at a variety of meetings, public events, on committees, <br />and/or related events. <br /> <br />15. Selects, supervises, trains and evaluates technical and administrative personnel. <br /> <br />16. Actively supports an inclusive and respectful work environment. <br /> <br />17.
