Car Stacker Fire Protection - If car stackers are utilized, then such car stackers shall be <br />provided with fire protection and smoke removal in accordance with CFC Section 321 as <br />amended by the City of Redwood City Code of Ordinances §12.15.2. [FIRE] <br /> <br />87. Fire Command Center - A Fire Command Center for fire department operations must be <br />provided in buildings classified as high-rise buildings. [CFC §508.1] The Fire Command <br />Center must comply with CFC Sections 508.1.1 through 508.1.7. The construction <br />documents indicate that the Fire Command Center will be smaller than the required 200 <br />ft2. CFC Section 508.1.3 requires that the Fire Command Center be not less than 0.015 <br />percent of the total building area of the facility served or 200 square feet in area, whichever <br />is greater, with a minimum dimension of 0.7 times the square root of the room area or 10 <br />feet, whichever is greater. Fire Command Center AMMR - If the Fire Command Center does not meet Code <br />Requirements as specified in COA #86, then the approved AMMR for the Fire Command <br />Center shall be attached to the plans submitted for a building permit. Rooftop Garden Maintenance Plan Section 317.4.3 of the CFC requires that a maintenance <br />plan be provided to address the vegetation placed on roofs due to the size of a roof garden, <br />materials used or where a fire hazard exists to the building or exposures due to the lack of <br />maintenance. [CFC §317.4.3] [FIRE] <br /> <br />Construction-Related Activities <br />90. Verification for Dimensions – The Applicant shall provide a survey report, prepared by a <br />licensed surveyor, verifying site building location, setbacks, and building height, if <br />applicable, to the Building Division for review and approval prior to building permit <br />issuance. Survey report shall be kept on the Project site throughout the course of <br />construction and be made available to the Building Inspector for all foundation forms and <br />footings inspections. Sales and Use Taxes – The Applicant shall register with the Board of Equalization to create <br />an ID prior to maximize the City’s allocation of sales and use taxes associated with project <br />construction.
