Prepare and submit preliminary construction cost estimates and 3 sets <br />of construction plans (90% completion level) incorporating City, utility company and <br />other comments from previous submittal and up to one (1) revision based on City <br />comments. Submit complete set of project specifications. The final deliverable will <br />include utility design specifications and scope of work as provided by the utility <br />company. <br />• Basis of 90% Design: CD90s will capture land use requirements for site <br />development and construction requirements for permit issuance. One (1) revision <br />to CD90 based on City comments is included. Major changes to the site plan or <br />equipment after CD90 or utility design may result in additional cost and extended <br />utility coordination timeline; the switchboard manufacturer’s power and metering <br />design satisfy all utility requirements; the final Utility Design Package (UDP) <br />deliverable includes utility design, specifications and scope of work as provided by <br />the utility company. Additional deliverables can be provided at an additional cost to <br />the City. Engineering includes up to two (2) sixty- (60) minute meetings with City for <br />CD90s. Any additional costs associated with changes to the site plan or equipment <br />must be approved by the City prior to Consultant proceeding with any changes. <br />• Permitting scope of work will include administrative zoning review, building and <br />Electrical permits, including two (2) rounds of responses to drawing comments from <br />the City. Application submittals to the City to be done electronically for one (1) <br />equipment location for the EV chargers and associated equipment. Pre-application <br />meetings, if required, to be conducted by Zoom conference or other method not <br />involving travel to the City. Land Services participation is not required for site visits <br />to proposed locations. Permitting scope of work for this is non-public space (fleet <br />use only).
