Scope assumes there are currently <br />no existing zoning, permit, property condition, or open ticket/violation issues; <br />existing roadways and parking lot spaces are not required; therefore, no site <br />selection or real property agreements are required nor will there be any existing <br />land use changes. <br />1.9 Utility Relocation Noticing. If applicable, send final notice to each affected utility <br />company to complete relocations prior to anticipated construction date. <br />1.10 Construction Plans. Prepare construction plans to include the following: <br />• Title Sheet including General Notes, Utility Contract Information, NPDES General <br />Notes, and Project Location Map. <br />• Site improvement plans including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant <br />curb access ramps, walkways, signage, striping, etc. <br />• Site electrical plans and details <br />• Construction details <br />• Signing and striping plan <br />Deliverables: Permit Matrix, Utility Noticing, Base Maps, 65% Design, 90% Design, Utility <br />Relocation Noticing, Construction Plans <br />TASK 2: FINAL DESIGN STAGE <br />2.1 Final Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimates. Prepare final construction <br />specifications, cost estimates and plans (100% Completion level) incorporating <br />comments from the City, affected agencies, and utility companies. <br />• Construction Plans (100% Completion level): Consultant will prepare final <br />construction plans 100% complete in AutoCAD that include a title sheet with general <br />notes, utility contact info, and project location map. Final construction plans are <br />entirely a set of design drawings and construction specifications document <br />submitted with the design package. Consultant will convey all constructability <br />details required for a construction contractor to physically build the site within the <br />final construction plan documents. Final site plan with enlarged equipment area <br />drawings to scale, elevation drawings, civil details, equipment details, structural <br />details and calculations. Final construction plans will include the proposed conduit <br />route from new equipment to point of interconnection and proposed point of <br />interconnection along with the proposed location of the AC Disconnect (where <br />required) and proposed size and number of switchboards, switchgear specifications <br />and truck routing plan. <br />-Utility Design Package: Final plans will also include electrical details, including <br />single-line diagram (with all details needed for construction), conduit sizes and <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.050/Black & Veatch (EVSE Consulting and Engineering) (Page 16 of 23)
