A final utility design package with utility coordination for new service, if needed, will be included. -Final Specifications: Consultant will finalize the specifications developed in the 65% Design stage based on the final design. •Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Estimate: Consultant will provide a construction ROM estimate, a +/- 10% construction cost estimate based on the 100% Complete Design site plan and details. At the request of the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or their designee, Consultant will provide a Bill of Materials, not included in the ROM estimate deliverable, as an additional service based on the labor rates provided. 2.2 Final Construction Drawings. Upon City approval of plans and specifications, provide final construction drawings in digital format and one set of mylars, sealed and signed by a supervising California Professional Engineer (PE). Submit project specifications in digital format. •Basis of Final Design Scope: Drawings will include, walkways, signage and striping, and ADA compliant charging if required. Final Construction Drawings will be stamped drawings and construction specifications, signed by a PE licensed in the State of California. At the request of the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or their designee, Consultant will provide the following items not included in the design deliverable as an additional service based on the labor rates provided: Geotechnical report, coordinating modifications of utility-provided easement documents, bill of materials, commissioning, Wi-Fi design, relay settings files, trash enclosure, concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall design, Right-of-Way (ROW) improvements, Best Management Practices (BMP), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Water Quality Reviews (WQR) and water, stormwater and sewer design. 2.3 Bid Package. Provide bid package including design, engineering, environmental review, construction documents and permitting/utility provider coordination for site. The City will be responsible for preparing contractual front ends for the bid packages to include but not limited to contracts and City bid forms. Deliverables: Final Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimates, Construction Drawings, and Bid Package. TASK 3: BID STAGE SERVICES 3.1 Pre-Bid conference.
