Announce adjournment in memoriam - Sandra Cooperman <br />Mayor Martínez Saballos announced that the meeting will be adjourned in memory of <br />Sandra Cooperman. Vice Mayor Eakin read Sandra’s biography. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Gee, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, passed <br />unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br /> 6.A. Final acceptance of Redwood Creek Channel Rehabilitation near 1891 Palm Avenue <br />Project (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Redwood Creek Channel Rehabilitation near 1891 Palm Avenue <br />Project and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B. Loan forgiveness for Service League of San Mateo County’s rehabilitation loan for Hope <br />House located at 3789 Hoover Street (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve loan forgiveness of the Service League of San Mateo County’s <br />$25,000 loan plus accrued interest of $22,500 totaling $47,500 and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute Substitution of Trustee and Full Reconveyance to substitute the City <br />as the Trustee and reconvey Service League of San Mateo County’s property located at <br />3789 Hoover Street commonly referred to as Hope House.
